Viewing Audit Logs for Actions Performed on the ConnexCS Control Panel

You can view the audit logs, if you want to view the history of actions that users performed on the ConnexCS Control Panel.

An audit log, also known as an audit trail is a chronological set of records that provide documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that were performed on a system, software, or a device.

Why and when do you need to see audit logs

Audit logs can provide rich insights about what caused downtime, loss of performance, and other unexpected issues. An audit log is a primary source of information to investigate the causes of issues.
