DID Purchase

Overview

Use the DID Purchase application to search for and acquire one or more DIDs (phone numbers).

Each DID is associated with different subscription plans, including options for monthly, weekly, daily, and other flexible billing cycles.

DID Pricing in the Customer Portal

Each DID in the Customer Portal has a cost, which is determined by the pricing package assigned to it. The portal displays this package cost when a DID is purchased.

DID Visibility in the Customer Portal

By default, the Customer Portal displays all DIDs available in the carrier’s inventory.

This application is both a usable tool and a proof of concept, as carriers may sell DIDs as follows:

  1. Range Holder Carriers: A range holder is a carrier that has acquired DID ranges directly from the regulatory authority or government body responsible for number allocation. These DIDs are then maintained in the carrier’s inventory and made available for resale or assignment.

Steps to Purchase the DID(s)

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click Purchase DID Now Start Purchasing DIDs.
  3. A DID Ordering window will appear, enter the DID number and hit the Search button. A list of DID numbers will appear.
  4. Select the DIDs you wish to purchase, click on Add Selected DIDs To Cart, then Proceed to Cart.
  5. Click on Checkout button in the next window.
  6. The purchased DIDs will be visible on the Purchase DID portal.
