Packages

Management Customer [Customer Name] Packages

Use Packages to offer predefined products and services to each customer.

Assign Packages

  1. Click the button.
  2. Select Package you want to assign to the customer (Package Details will display below).
  3. Enter the required Quantity and Start Date.
  4. Select End Date if desired.
  5. Selecting Auto Decrement Credit will debit the package amount from the customer account based on the Frequency and Frequency Match under Package details.
  6. Click the Save button.

Managing Packages

Packages are created and managed in Setup > Config > Packages. See Packages for more information.
