Use Package to offer predefined products and services to each customer.

To add customer packages and quantities:

  1. Click the + button.
  2. Select Package to display billing details below.
  3. Quantity and Start Date are required
  4. Select End Date if desired.
  5. Selecting Auto Decrement Credit will debit the package amount from the customer account based on the quantity entered above.
  6. Click the Save button.

Managing Packages

Packages are managed in Setup > Config > Packages. See Packages for more information on this setup.
