A Package represents a product or service, often as a recurring charge based on goods delivered at a required interval.

View assigned packages

Get a quick reference view of your products and services:

  • Name: The name of the package.
  • Retail: Recurring charges and frequency (for example, monthly), any one-time charges.
  • Description: Product description.
  • Frequency: When the package fee recurs (monthly, daily, weekly).
  • Auto Decrement Credit: Selecting Auto Decrement Credit will debit the package amount from the customer's account.
