• Caller ID - The Command-Line Interface(CLI) / Automatic number identification(ANI) that is displayed on outbound calls.
• Flow Speed - The number of calls placed per second.
• Channels - The number of channels that the dialer is going to occupy.
• Host - The server where the calls are going to be sent.
• Agent Form - When using the preview dialler, the form that is displayed to the personal digital assistant.
• AMD - Answer Machine Detection.
