You can configure these limitations from the following locations:

  1. Customer Management:
    1. Basic Settings: Management Customer Customer [Name] Main Edit Basic Channels.
    2. IP Auth: Management Customer Customer [Name] Auth IP Authentication blue + sign (new user) or existing user Basic Channels.
    3. SIP Auth: Management Customer Customer [Name] Auth SIP User Authentication blue + sign (new user) or existing user Basic Channels.
    4. Ingress Routing: Management Customer Customer [Name] Routing Ingress Routing blue + sign (new user) or existing user Capacity Limits Channels.
  2. Carrier Management
    1. Basic Settings: Management Carrier Main blue + sign (new carrier) or existing carrier Edit Basic Channels.
