Global CDR

Overview

The Global CDR section provides a centralized view of Call Detail Records (CDRs) for all Customers.

Instead of navigating to an individual Customer account, administrators can use the Global CDR view to access CDRs across the account from a single location. The Global view also allows specific CDRs to be selected for Recalculation.

CDR List

The Global CDR page provides access to CDRs across Customers.

The CDR list can be used to review call records and select specific records for further action, including recalculation.

Recalculation

The Global CDR view allows you to select specific CDRs for Recalculation.

To recalculate a CDR:

  1. Navigate to Global CDR.
  2. Locate the required CDR.
  3. Select the CDR using the selection option.
  4. Use the available Recalculation action.

This allows specific CDRs to be recalculated rather than requiring the entire CDR dataset to be processed.

Info

The ability to select specific CDRs for Recalculation is available from the Global CDR view.

Searching and Filtering

The Global CDR view can be used to locate the required CDRs across the account.

Use the available table controls to narrow the displayed records and locate specific call records.

Note

The exact CDR fields and filter options depend on the CDR view configuration. The supplied source does not specify the individual CDR columns or filter conditions, so they are not defined here.

Columns

The Global CDR view displays CDR information in a table.

Use the Columns option, when available, to control the information displayed in the CDR list.

The supplied CDR documentation does not specify the individual column names, so the column definitions should be documented from the CDR interface or the detailed CDR documentation rather than inferred.
